Diets These cookies are incredibly chewy and soft, with a rich flavor! No mixer is required! So simple, so good!
1 egg
1 and 1/2 sticks margarine, melted and cooled
1 and 1/2 cups Haddar Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups Glicks Flour
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the melted margarine and sugar together until no lumps remain.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Then, add the remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Form balls using about one tablespoon of dough each and place them on a lined cookie sheet, leaving two to three inches of space between each cookie.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and gently press each cookie down with the back of a fork.
Place them back in the oven for an additional four to five minutes.

Came out heaven! I put cinnamon sugar on half the cookies before I baked and was so good! I also made a cinnamon icing and drizzled it on top of some cookies. Added sweetness and made it look so pretty!
can i freeze this dough?
Yes!
yummy dough. I am about to bake it. I wish I could upload a pic
(doesn’t seem like it gives out so many pieces. I’m disappointed… would’ve made double the recipe)
The recipe says 6 servings- I’d assume that’s around 12 cookies.
