When it’s too hard to choose which topping to pair with the salmon you’re making for a crowd… Don’t! Esty shows us how we can keep the peace and please the whole crowd with her Something-For-Everyone Salmon. Watch the recipe come to life.

Ingredients

Fish

  • side of salmon

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup wasabi peas, crushed

  • 1/2 cup french fried onions

  • 1/2 cup honey glazed almonds, crushed

  • 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds

  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons paprika

Directions

Make the Salmon

1.

Season fish with salt and pepper.

2.

Brush honey and mustard across the surface of the fish.

3.

Lay toppings of your choice in panels across the fish to create different panels of flavor.

4.

Bake at 425 degreees Fahrenheit for 20–25 minutes.

side of salmon How do I transfer the salmon from my baking tin to a serving platter?

Cook the salmon on parchment paper and then when it’s done, you can easily transfer the salmon with the parchment paper onto a dish or slide it right off.

Ready-made crunchy fried onions. The brand French’s makes them.

You can buy french fried onions in the grocery store – it is in a container on the shelf.
