This spicy dipping sauce is a great way to enhance any chicken or meat dish. Serve it in a bowl in the center of the table, or add individual portions to each plate.
4 beef tomatoes, peeled
1 jalapeño pepper, peeled and seeded
3–4 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
1 tablespoon sugar
Gefen Salt, to taste
Pereg Pepper, to taste
In a food processor fitted with the S blade, pulse tomatoes, jalapeño, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper until the dip reaches the desired consistency.
