Spinach Pierogies in Cream Sauce

Easy to put together and still super delicious, these pierogies are ready in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Pierogies in Cream Sauce

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste 

  • 1 teaspoon oil

Directions

Prepare the Pierogies in Cream Sauce

1.

Cook pierogies according to package instructions using the boiling method.

2.

Add spinach, oil, garlic, salt and pepper to a saucepan. Cook for five minutes until most of the water has cooked out.

3.

Add heavy cream and cheese. Mix until smooth. Pour over cooked pierogies.
