Start Cooking

Prepare the Spinach Salad

  1. Wash mushrooms well, and cut into thin slices. Peel and dice avocados, if using.

  2. Combine with remaining salad ingredients in a bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad; toss to coat evenly.
