8 ounces mixed greens (Romaine, arugula, etc.) or your choice of leafy green
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 avocado, sliced or cubed
1 mango, cubed
4 to 6 ounces Ta’amti Feta Cheese, crumbled
toasted salted sesame seeds, for sprinkling
1/4 cup olive oil
juice of 1 lemon or 3 tablespoons Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Oregano
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
In a bowl, combine mixed greens, red cabbage, avocado, mango, and feta cheese.
In a container, prepare the dressing: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
Combine dressing with salad and toss (or drizzle the dressing over individual salad portions as needed). Top with sesame seeds and serve.
