Squash and Carrot Soup

Main ingredients

  • 6 small squash (unpeeled), diced

  • 2 carrots, peeled and cubed

  • 1 onion

  • 6 cups water

  • 4 tablespoons chicken soup mix (parve)

  • 3 tablespoons flour

Directions

Make the Soup

1.

Sauté onions, carrots and squash. Add rest of ingredients and cook on a medium flame for 45 minutes.

2.

Blend with an immersion blender. Enjoy!
