Delicious strawberry ice cream in every bite, and so simple to make! You won’t stop at one slice!
1 tub Trader Joe’s soy ice cream
1 bag frozen strawberries
1 graham cracker pie crust
Fresh strawberries for garnish
In a food processor, blend ice cream and strawberries until mostly incorporated.
Pour into the crust and smooth out the top.
Freeze until ready to serve, garnishing with fresh strawberries right before serving.
