This salad is the ultimate combo to serve at your next BBQ.
1 head red leaf lettuce
1 peach, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup snow peas
1/2 cup sliced radishes
1 pound cooked steak, sliced (use your favorite recipe. We recommend cowboy steak)
1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette (we recommend Danielle’s recipe)
Arrange lettuce, sliced peach and avocado, cherry tomatoes, snow peas and radishes on a large platter.
Top with sliced steak, then drizzle dressing on top. Serve immediately.
