Forget everything you know; I’ve taken a whole new approach to the classic spaghetti-and-meatballs dinner. Your family will ask you to make this again and again. Definitely one of those hits you’ll keep repeating!
3 pounds ground beef
3 eggs
1 cup Manischewitz Matzo Meal
1 cup Haddar Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Glicks Soy Sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup hot water
rice, for serving
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix ground beef, eggs, and matzo meal until combined, then form into balls. Place on a metal baking sheet and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
In a wide, shallow pot, combine three cups water, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, lemon juice, and salt and bring to a simmer. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with hot water until dissolved, then add to sauce and mix to combine. Bring sauce to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Add meatballs and simmer for 40 minutes.
Serve over rice.

Hi is the 3 cups of water a mistake as it says in the directions but not in the recipe?
