Gluten-free side dishes can still be exciting even when there’s no grain involved. They can also be dishes that the whole family will enjoy, like this cauliflower, which gets loads of flavor from maple syrup and sriracha sauce. Yum. And it’s super easy!
16 ounces Beleaf Frozen Cauliflower, defrosted and drained
2 tablespoons Gefen Maple Syrup
2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line cookie sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, mix cauliflower with remaining ingredients. Spread out evenly on baking sheet and bake 30 minutes, tossing once halfway through baking time.
