Best go-to soup, loved by the whole family.
In an eight-quart pot, sauté onions until golden.
Add the potatoes and carrots (cubed) into the onions for five minutes.
Fill the pot three-fourth full with water.
Add chicken soup mix and spices.
Cook for an hour or until the vegetables are soft.
Blend with hand blender.
