Techina-Infused Whole Wheat Muffins

Sounds a bit out of the box? Don’t let different scare you off!

Yields: 14 medium-sized muffins

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line muffin tins.

2. In the bowl of an electric mixer, place all ingredients in order, mixing on low speed.

3. Pour batter into 12 muffin holders and bake for 14 minutes.
