Tender Baby Chicken

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken legs (also called baby chicken or dark cutlets)

Directions

Prepare the Tender Baby Chicken

1.

Mix barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, soy sauce, shawarma spice, paprika, salt and pepper.

Add chicken to marinade and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least an hour or longer.

3.

Grill for a few minutes on each side, until nicely caramelized.
