This will be one of the softest and most succulent chicken dishes you have ever tasted. Don’t worry about overcooking the chicken. The longer it stays on the grill the softer it becomes.
Directions
1. Mix barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, soy sauce, shawarma spice, paprika, salt and pepper.
2. Add chicken to marinade and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least an hour or longer.
3. Grill for a few minutes on each side, until nicely caramelized.
