This is a family fav and it is super easy .
6 small and medium size regular potatoes
1/8 cup of olive or avocado oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of fresh cracked pepper (if you are using not fresh pepper than it would be 1/2 teaspoon)
1 teaspoon of paprika
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Peel and chop potatoes into thinly sliced moons.
Put potatoes in a medium size bowl.
Add oil and spices and mix with your hands until well combined.
Then, on a parchment-lined baking sheet put the potatoes in a line side by side until there are no more potatoes in the bowl. You will probably ask, “Can I skip that step”? The answer is no, you want an even bake on all of the potatoes so doing that step is crucial to the recipe.
Bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
