Not all of us are ready to splurge on a pricey cut of meat for the whole family or when entertaining a larger crowd. I was determined to find you an amazing marinade that will tenderize any cheaper cut of meat so that it’s soft and delicious. I reached out to Leon Yerkhimovich, who runs the meat department at Gourmet Glatt, and he was gracious enough to share this recipe. I tested it on a London broil and it was outrageously delicious. Feel free to try it on any cut of meat.
1 cup oil
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup Gefen Honey
2 tablespoons rosemary
3 tablespoons black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
6 cloves garlic, crushed or 6 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 cup good-quality red wine, such as Teperberg Legacy Cabernet Franc
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Mix all the ingredients in a large Ziploc bag. Add meat and shake to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

How long to cook it in the oven and in what temperature?
It really depends what type of meat and how big the cut is. This is a recipe for a marinade that you can apply to many different types of meats.
