It’s very simple to pull a platter or board together for a light brunch or late dinner on Chol Hamoed. The richness of the Tuscanini Tuna Ventresca is beyond!

Ingredients

The Ultimate Passover Tuna Platter

  • boiled potatoes

  • pickled onion

  • peppers

  • grapes

  • fresh, cleaned dill

  • Kosher for Passover crackers (I used Gefen)

  • matzo of choice

  • Tuscanini Potato Chips

Directions

Prepare the Ultimate Passover Tuna Platter

1.

Arrange your condiments and messy components in small dishes and place on a board or platter.

2.

Fill in the spaces between with the less messy loose components. Add Passover crackers, strips of matzo, and/or potato chips to the outer range of the platter.
