Ingredients

Tomato Corn Salad

  • 5 cups/30 ounces canned corn kernels, such as Gefen, drained very well, slightly charred or raw

  • 1 cup (1/2 pint) cherry tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

  • 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Basil

  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • pepper

  • feta cheese crumbles, for garnish

Directions

1.

Toss all the ingredients (except for the feta cheese) together. Fill your cups.

2.

Top with feta cheese crumbs as garnish.

Notes:

Refrigerates well for up to three days.
