I make this pasta salad all the time. It’s so simple to pull together and can be stretched easily with whatever add-ins you’d like (chickpeas, canned corn, hearts of palm, etc.).
Directions
1. Mix together pasta, oil, herbs, salt, and pepper. Allow to marinate for about an hour. Add cherry tomatoes right before serving.
