Diets I make this pasta salad all the time. It’s so simple to pull together and can be stretched easily with whatever add-ins you’d like (chickpeas, canned corn, hearts of palm, etc.).
1 pound Manischewitz Bow-Tie Pasta, cooked and drained
6 tablespoons olive oil
6 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Basil
4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 container cherry tomatoes, halved
Mix together pasta, oil, herbs, salt, and pepper. Allow to marinate for about an hour. Add cherry tomatoes right before serving.
