Tri- Color Pepper Grilled Wraps

These make a delicious and quick entree or side dish. They're absolutely yummy and super easy to prepare!!

Start Cooking

Prepare the Wraps

  1. Sauté the diced onion for 8-10 min or until translucent.

  2. Cut the peppers and mushrooms into thin strips and add to the onions.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Add 2 Tbsp. soy sauce and 1 flat tsp. consommé.

  5. Let sauté for additional 10 minutes.

  6. Take a small wrap and spread the veggies on one half and then fold the other side over.

  7. Grill on the George Foreman for 2 minutes (let the excess oil drip down).

  8. And serve warm.
