This is your new go-to salad if you love tuna, but not the mayonnaise that usually accompanies it. Enjoy the luxury of this special yellowfin tuna combined with a techinah dressing.
8 cups fresh spinach, cleaned
1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
1 cup cubed hearts of palm
1 cup fresh green beans
3/4 cup cilantro, cleaned and chopped
2 jars Tuscanini Yellowfin Tuna, flaked
6 tablespoons Mighty Sesame Tahini paste
6 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons Tuscanini Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey
1 tablespoon Gefen Maple Syrup
Layer spinach, cherry tomatoes, hearts of palm, green beans, and cilantro on a large platter and top with flaked tuna.
Blend dressing ingredients until smooth. Serve dressing alongside salad.
