Ingredients

Velvet Brownie Cake

  • 2 tablespoons coffee, dissolved in 3/4 cup water

  • 5 cups Mishpacha Flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions

Prepare the Velvet Brownie Cake

1.

Cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.

2.

Add eggs, one at a time and beat until slightly thickened.

3.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

4.

Pour into lined 10- x 16-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
