Watermelon pizza has become the latest fad, and for good reason. It’s healthy and delicious and just another way to enjoy the goodness of the summer fruit.
1/2 watermelon, sliced into large rings
vanilla Greek yogurt or a soft, creamy cheese such as ricotta
blueberries, cleaned
strawberries, cleaned and halved (or raspberries)
Cut each watermelon ring into quarters, like a pizza.
Top with yogurt or cheese and sprinkle the berries over.
