4 eggs
5 tablespoons sugar
1 scoop vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon Gefen Cocoa
3 tablespoons flour
1 batch chocolate, nougat, or pistachio mousse
Beat the whites with the sugar, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Spread on a lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for approximately 15 minutes.
Cut into rectangles, approximately 2 inches by 4 inches each.
Place one teaspoon of chocolate, nougat, or pistachio mousse toward one side of each rectangle.
Roll up and freeze.
