Start Cooking

For the Batter

  1. Beat the whites with the sugar, then add the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Spread on a lined baking sheet.

  3. Bake at 350°F for approximately 15 minutes.

To Assemble

  1. Cut into rectangles, approximately 2 inches by 4 inches each.

  2. Place one teaspoon of chocolate, nougat, or pistachio mousse toward one side of each rectangle.

  3. Roll up and freeze.
