Prepare the Yogurt Smoothie and Pops

Yield: 6 to 7 cups

  1. Combine yogurt, bananas, strawberries, and honey in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. For a smoothie, pour into a tall glass and serve with a straw.

  3. For yogurt pops, pour mixture into three-ounce plastic cups. Insert a pop stick in the center of each pop and freeze six to eight hours, until completely frozen. Remove pops from the freezer and dip in hot water for a few seconds to release yogurt pops from the cups. Serve immediately. Store extras in a large resealable freezer bag.
