Honey brings out the flavor in cheese. I love these mini pizzas because they are so easy and SO delicious. And happen to be gluten free!
2 zucchini, sliced
2 tablespoons Bartenura Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Pink Himalayan Salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare a sheet pan with Gefen Parchment Paper. Add zucchini slices, olive oil, salt, paprika and chili flakes and mix well. Lay the zucchinis flat, without overlapping.
Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over each zucchini and bake five more minutes.
Remove from oven and drizzle with honey. Serve hot!
