WARNING!! When i put the batter onto the inverted cupcake tin, when i took it out of the oven they were well and truly STUCK onto the tin despite me having sprayed it first with oil..i then spent about 2 hours scraping the cookie bowls off the tin and had to soak them in the sink to get it all off…Later on i made the recipe again but this time i placed paper cup cake cases over upside down disposable tins and put them in the oven..when i took them out they were much better and i just had to peel the wrapper off, i also put it on the freezer for approx 5 mins which helped.
