Asian Power Bowl

Post-holidays, it’s all about getting back to balance for most of us. This power bowl incorporates a combination of fiber, protein, healthy fats and complex carbohydrates to keep you full all day!

Pro tip: Double the dressing recipe to use on other salads or stir fry, or as a marinade for chicken and fish.
