Yussi's Famous Chicken Blintzes

 In Episode 2 of Shabbos With Yussi, learn how to effortlessly make a savory blintz (crepe) with a delicious chicken filling. 

 

Yussi's Famous Chicken Blintzes


Crepe

8 eggs
¼ cup potato starch
1 cup water
1/8th cup oil
2 pinches salt
 

Whisk all ingredients very well in mixing bowl (hand blender will work well.)

Quick whisk between each crepe as potato starch settles 

Grease pan, pre heat pan

Use more of the mix if you making blintz, less if you making soup noodles

Filling

1 boiled chicken leg shredded
2 leeks finely diced
1 carrot shredded
1 celery stalk diced
3/4 bag shredded cabbage
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder 
Crushed red pepper

 

Directions:

Sautee everything in ¼ cup oil for 12 minutes

Add shredded chicken and roll up

Place spoonful in middle of crepe

Bend in 2 sides and roll up from bottom
