Meet Melanie and Diana, the two Moss sisters intent on delivering happiness in every bite of their irresistible confections. Starting at age six mixing pastry dough alongside their Viennese grandma, Melanie’s childhood baking hobby steadily grew into an obsession. Over the years, Melanie’s desserts have been recognized in the 2016 New York City Michelin guide, and in 2018, Melanie became Champion of a special-themed chocolate competition on Food Network’s CHOPPED. In September 2021, Melanie competed against Beat Bobby Flay again on Food Network in a chocolate challenge and wowed Bobby with her chocolate truffles and chocolate eclair. Human rights lawyer turned entrepreneur, Diana brings passion for flawless operations and delivering superior service to Mini Melanie’s customers. Diana always has Mini Melanie dessert on her all around town, and her daughter and son can’t get enough of our truffles and brownies.
