1 tablespoon Doenjang
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 leeks

1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
2 bay leaves
2 star anises
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 teaspoon clove
1 small nutmeg
6 cardamom pods
2 quarts beef stock
