Dough
2 cups Manischewitz Matzo Cake Meal
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1Â egg
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup water
Filling
3 large apples
1/3 tablespoon Gefen Ground Cinnamon
120 grams (about 1/2 cup)Â Gefen Maple Syrup
handful of whole walnuts
handful of raisins
1/2 cup matzo meal
