You've never seen kohlrabi like this before. This chicken bolognese served over pasta is so good, you'll keep it around all year round. But it's also a great—and easy—addition to your Passover menu. Trust us, this is one you want to try!

1 large sweet onion, finely diced
2 cubes Gefen Crushed Garlic
1 pound ground dark meat chicken
1 pound ground white meat chicken
3 fresh or dried bay leaves
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 and 1/2 cups Tuscanini Crushed Tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons oil, for sautéing
