Get the recipe:
1 (1-pound) package butterflied chicken cutlets (about 4)
1 full cup Gefen Mayonnaise (use more if needed)
at least 3 bags honey BBQ potato chips or stix of your choice, such as Glicks BBQ Chips
oil, for frying
