Fried Rice Cakes
2 cups prepared rice or any other leftover grain
3 eggs
2 tablespoons all-purpose or whole wheat flour
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional add ins- ½ cup freshly chopped herbs or finely chopped roasted vegetables
