Anyway to do it without cilantro?
Sure, but the cilantro does add a delicious and fresh flavor. You can sub out the cilantro for a different herb as well if you’d prefer.
Thanks for an amazing, upgraded dip\salad!!
But for those who are picky or like simple things just shmoosh as many avocados as you want sprinkle salt, dice tomatoes and onion, plus some lemon juice. mix together and vola! no need to check any greens!
Are herbs and greens such as cilantro and full scallions grown hydroponically in NY? I’ve watched and read some recipes here where there is no comment or instruction on how to check them for bugs? how is it possible to chop a scallion and use right away?
They are available hydroponically and checked as well in local groceries.
I wish they’d do something similar for us in the UK…
