2 (6-ounce) mahi mahi fillets (red snapper, sea bass, sole, tilapia, and branzino all work well)
salt, for sprinkling
coarse black pepper, for sprinkling
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon Gefen Bread Crumbs
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
