do i have to use MSG
do i have to use kombu
I bought Kimchi and I did not like it. Do you think I’ll like this one?
Thats a good question! What didn’t you like about it? If you didn’t like it at all I don’t suggest putting in the effort to making it but if you thought there was potential I would consider trying it! The store bought kimchi is a bit more savory than the one i make. I add in a lot of sweetner and heat and it’s like a tangy sweet spicy sauerkraut.
She brings LIFE TO SIMPLE RECIPES! Shushy brings an ANIMATED COOKBOOK to my home, but with a live hostess with the mostess!

sc!!!
TY!
Why are you saying it’s healthy?
msg is really unhealthy
Hey Goldy!
A healthy amount of something also means a generous amount. Also, there have been multiple studies indicating that MSG is not more harmful to your body than salt. When eaten in moderation it can be enjoyed like any other seasoning/flavor enhancer. There are a select percentage of people that are specifically sensitive to MSG (the same way there are people with specific allergies and sensitivities to food). Those people may have a negative reaction to the compound but for the general public it is safe to use and delicious!
Love this video! Can’t wait for more!!
We have so much more coming your way! Stay tuned.
Loved the video,What does kimchi taste like?
I’m so happy you enjoyed! It’s kind of like a spicy, funky sauerkraut! It can be a little sweet too. I prefer making it a little sweet.
Thank you
