Rena makes a one-pan chicken dinner (with a secret ingredient!) that’s easy enough for weeknights, yet special enough for Rosh Hashana.
Get the recipe:
4–6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
5 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
¼ cup cornstarch
Salt & black pepper
