1/4 cup Tuscanini Olive Oil
4 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Garlic
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs (pargiyot), cubed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup Tuscanini Kalamata Olives, chopped
1/3 cup packed fresh basil, chopped
1 pound Gefen Penne Pasta
4 cups water
