3 ounces very ripe avocado
1/3 cup Gefen Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1/4 cup apple butter (for those with a Full 'n Free Palate, 2 tablespoons is enough)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey, or more, to taste
1–2 scoops protein powder of your choice (optional)
