Does lite coconut milk work? That’s all I have…
Sure! It won’t be as rich, but it’ll still be delicious!
your shows are so amazing! just love your ideas easy and delicious! thanks for a great job every time again!
What is curry paste called in Hebrew? Where do they sell it in Yerushalayim?
Found it in Jessamhel Asian Store (Shamai 6) with a Beit Yosef hechsher.
I checked Amazon for Taste of Asia, as Rena had suggested below. I did find it there. Hechsher is KF of the UK.
KF is not a recommended hechsher from what I’ve seen.
I love how you don’t eat on camera. Not sure if it’s on purpose but it’s definitely noticed. Love the show everything is always amazing, super easy to make. Kids devour everything every time! Thank you Rina!
I couldn’t find curry paste either, so just used tomatoe paste with curry powder instead.
Made this 3 part dinner and it was delicious! I think I’ll try it for Shabbos too.
I’ve been trying to track down red curry paste for years. Please share where in US to find it. (Only found the Mae Ploy, and my local kashrus agency said not to use it)
Where can I get curry paste?
Taste of Asia is one brand. Easy to find in Israel and I’ve seen on Amazon too I believe.
Unfortunately, the Taste of Asia that is on Amazon has a hechsher that is not approved by my local kashrus agency.
Any idea of what I can substitute?
A but of tomato paste and curry powder will do the trick
