CAN YOU EAT RAW LIKE THAT?
It’s not actually raw! Gravlax is a cured fish dish. The curing process “cooks” the fish without heat, so it’s safe (and delicious!) to eat.
About 5 days in the fridge, some people will keep it longer.
His energy is so funny always enjoy his videos. I make salmon gravlax but this is a new way I think I’ll try!
Please do! And we’d love to hear about your experience making this dish.
