4 tablespoons avocado oil
1 large onion, finely diced
6 cloves garlic, minced, or 6 frozen cubes
1 pound extra lean chopped meat
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, cleaned and chopped
2 teaspoons fresh basil, cleaned and chopped
