Yields 20 peanut butter cups
Main ingredients
1 cup Gefen Reduced-Fat Peanut Butter (use reduced fat only)
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 tablespoons crushed graham cracker crumbs
12 ounces Elite Bittersweet Chocolate
2 teaspoons Gefen Peanut Butter
