Buttercream Frosting
12 ounces vegetable or coconut shortening

1 tablespoon Gefen Vanilla

2 pounds Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar

4 to 8 teaspoons milk (for parve, oat or Gefen Almond Milk)

1 teaspoon meringue powder (if you have it; if not, leave it out)

1/4 teaspoon fine salt

The cakes are cute, but I found it hard to concentrate on what she was doing because her long hair was swinging back on forth over the cake. I was sure her hair would dip into the icing, or there would be hair on the cake. In most of your cooking videos the women have long hair/sheitels – maybe it would be a good idea to follow some basic cooking hygiene rules and keep hair pulled back, away from the food.
