1Â large onion, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes
4 cups vegetable broth
1 package frozen tortellini
1 (8-ounce) package fresh baby spinach
