Vegetable Lentil Soup
1Â zucchini, peeled and diced
2Â carrots, peeled and diced
1Â sweet potato, peeled and diced
2 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Garlic
1 cup Gefen Green or brown lentils
1 and 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
crack of black pepper
3 teaspoons oregano
9 cups water or vegetable broth, such as Manischewitz
