Beef Fry and Onion Filled Hamburgers
Filling:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 6-oz. (170-g.) package sliced beef fry (cured and smoked), diced
1 medium onion, diced
Hamburger:
3 pounds (1.3 kilograms) ground beef
3/4 cup seasoned Panko crumbs
3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1/3 red onion, grated
2 egg yolks
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
