Our goal for a holiday like Passover is always to keep it simple. We usually recommend creating a simple menu, cooking and freezing ahead, and sometimes not baking at all with a no-bake dessert board.
However, it’s nice to find the time to make just one extra-special dish. Maybe your family loves lamb chops. Perhaps they’d love a five-star, restaurant-quality dessert.
Whatever that special dish is that your family will flip over, take the time to make it this year. The smiles on your family’s faces will make that extra time spent in the kitchen SO worth it!
